As part of MMC Oil & Gas new directive in becoming a solutions providing consultant, many efforts have been initiated, one is the casual but engaging session called Kopi O Session with CEO, Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha Syed Ibrahim. The session was attended by more than 50 technical staffs from the various in house departments.

From sharing experiences, stories, ideas and thoughts, the session aims in engaging staffs in giving and discussing fresh ideas in facing the current market climate. Through sharing ideas with clear transparency between the channels from the employees to the top management, MMCOG strives to promote teamwork and understanding.

This is one of the many small efforts to building a new and more dynamic MMCOG in catering to future changing demands.
