As part of MMC Oil & Gas effort to embrace the mindset of “A Solution Provider” consultant, a series of engagement sessions were planned throughout the year. These sessions were aptly named “Kopi-O Session with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha Syed Ibrahim”. These sessions were designed to encourage participation of opinions freely, by all present. The session was attended by more than 40 staffs from various in-house departments at Kuala Lumpur Office (Group 1), while for the Kopi O Session in Kertih Office (Group 2) was attended by 20 staffs.

Both sessions were successful in its intent and there were various sharing experiences sessions captured, besides engaging staffs in giving and discussing creative ideas facing the current market climate. This is one of many small efforts done to encourage the building of a new and more dynamic MMCOG to face future changing demands.
