On the 10th of April 2015, MMCOG together with Wong & Partners had an open discussion on the use of arbitration for energy, mining & infrastructure industry. Arbitration is a form of resolving disputes that occur between two parties. Much like litigation, arbitration is a way to settle claims made between parties, which will often conclude with a settlement being awarded to the favoured party.

The talk was presented by a number of lawyers from Wong & Partners’ affiliates  from the international firm of Baker & McKenzie’s  Southeast Asia offices,  namely Nandakumar Ponniya (a leading dispute resolution lawyer based in Singapore), Timur Sukirno (the Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Group), and Hendronoto Soesabdo (a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Group).
