The Process / Mechanical Group is a major strength of MMC O&G, with our senior personnel drawing upon considerable experience in contracting and consulting companies both in Malaysia and oversea.

Our Process engineering capability has particular strength in the Oil and Gas, and petrochemical industries and includes the ability to review, select, simulate and recommend processing options, develop PFD’s and P&ID’s, specify and design process equipment and pipings.  Computer facilities are used to facilitate efficient process design, and include the HYSIS process simulation package.

Our Mechanical experience includes the specification and purchase of rotating equipment, vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, piping systems, oil and gas plant and petrochemical plant.  Areas of particular expertise include process piping, pressure vessels, tanks, materials handling, and design using special alloys.

Extensive use is made of computerized design systems and PDMS produced drawings and documentation, to ensure fast, accurate and optimal solutions to assignments.  We have the PRO PIPE, PRO ISO and AUTOPLANT capability which are additional features for the 2D System to ensure fast, efficient and accurate deliverables are produced. In addition we employed the PDMS for 3D plant and piping design.
